 Coat color tested at UC Davis for the gray gene.

Chestnut based Gray Filly out of a proven cross of great Morgan Horses.  Correct, smooth topline, feminine and exotic head.  She knows she is something special and has the sass and class you expect from a darling Morgan filly.  We feel she would be a wonderful addition to your show or breeding program.  Maybe you desire a GRAY Morgan mare to trail ride and have fun with?  This is your baby!  Will mature approx. 15hh.  Hunt, dressage, driving, western, open or class A show material potential.

High Percentage pedigree means you will get a Classic beauty with true Morgan type and movement.  Her pedigree features old Morgan bloodlines with no modern outcrosses to other breeds.

We feed our stallions, broodmares and babies the best feed we can buy and they are fed 3x daily- grains and hay.  The horses are wormed regularly, vaccinated, have foot care, and  are handled daily: out in pasture during the day, in box stalls at night. The broodmares get vitamins throughout their pregnancy.

The sire to this filly is our outstanding Palomino stallion, SFG Gold Snapdragon, a classic beauty in Gold!  This stallion has been owned by SFG Morgans since birth, we owned many of his relatives and they were all beautiful Morgans and so very talented in many divisions.  Snapdragon's foals are the best babies to train, they simply have little fear of anything and love people so much from the beginning.  Training them over the years has been a "Snap"!  Snapdragon stands 15hh and has a very old fashioned Morgan look to him.  You would not confuse him with another breed of horse.  He is the farm ambassador and shakes hands with one and all.  He has a beautiful head and neck, tiny ears, smooth topline and gorgeous movement. His kind disposition is a true Morgan trait.  He is mannerly and wonderful is any situation.  He is a hunt and western saddle horse. 

The dam to this filly is CW's Sweet Silver, a GRAY.  This mare has been a wonderful producer for us here at SFG Morgans, producing all colorful foals for us during her broodmare years here.  Her offspring have sold quickly and to great breeding and show homes here in the U.S., Australia and Austria.  The foals she produces have wonderful conformation and great trainability.  They excel in hand, under saddle, and in the breeding business.  Their beauty is unequaled in the breed and the foal colors have been outstanding addition to the Morgan gene pool.  At 18 years of age, this mare is slowing down and this filly might be her last foal being offered for sale!
